What can I expect from the Original Body Fat Loss program?

Based on my own journey to change my body and to get rid of the stubborn fat I created this program to help you achieve the same results. If you follow the program and my detailed instructions I am certain you will be amazed of the results. This is a program based on changing your lifestyle from a modern way of living to towards an alignment with your ancestor DNA and your Original Body. The program is structured in 6 modules over six weeks.

In this program you will be transitioning from burning primarily glucose (sugar) for fuel to burning fat for fuel, including ketones, involves a metabolic shift that typically occurs when following a variation of the ketogenic diet or during periods of fasting.

This program will give your body metabolic flexibility which means your body will start to burn stored energy from fat instead of relying primarily on the carbohydrates you eat. This will be a life changing step to transform your health for the rest of your life. Even if you slip into a carbohydrate driven diet in the future, on for example holidays, your will after this program have all the tools and knowledge to easily get your body back into metabolic efficiency by switching to burning stored fat for energy - and lose any body fat gained.

I often get the question if someone that does not eat meat will benefit from this program. The short answer is no. If you are not eating meat, I fully respect this, but then this program is not for you. The long answer WHY it is essential to eat red meet during this program, and for the rest of your life, will be provided to you during the program.

In summary, we will explore how to transition away from relying on carbohydrates as your body's primary energy source. This involves reducing dependence on carbs and embracing alternative fuel sources such as fats and ketones.

It all started with a search for “best diet”!

I decided to change the way my body looked and how I felt. I have been training my whole life more or less, and I have tried many of the diets that are out there, but I did still not lose that stubborn fat that I saw coming on my body after I turned 40. I wanted to make a change and truly understand the mechanisms in our fascinating bodies. I started to research and educate myself and with new knowledge and from working with clients I learned what was possible to change, just by adopting a diet based on nature. It is so obvious that I am surprised that not everyone has realised this. Why does not the doctor tell me this? Why cant I read about this when I search on google? It is scary how hard it is to find the truth about our health today. The first secrete I can tell you is that what your doctor tells you about your diet is in 99% of cases not true, and what you will be presented with when you search on “best diet” on google is 100% wrong. You will understand what I mean once you started on the Original Body journey together with me.

Over the past century, our health has deteriorated due to various factors, including the widespread consumption of processed foods, the heavy use of blue light from computers and mobile phones, and a lack of sun exposure. Here's how these trends have contributed to worsening health (and if you do not believe me, please do your own research):

  1. Nutrient Depletion: Processed foods undergo extensive processing, which often strips them of essential nutrients like natural proteins, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. This depletion compromises overall health and immune function, contributing to a decline in well-being.

  2. Excessive use of sugar and unhealthy fats: Processed foods are typically high in added sugars, unhealthy fats, and artificial ingredients to enhance flavour and shelf life. Consuming high levels of these ingredients has been linked to obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic health conditions.

  3. Chemical additives: Processed foods may contain various chemical additives, such as preservatives, colorings, and flavorings, which can have adverse health effects. Some additives have been associated with allergic reactions, digestive issues, and even cancer.

  4. High sodium content: Many processed foods are loaded with sodium, which is used as a preservative and flavour enhancer. Diets high in sodium have been linked to high blood pressure, stroke, and heart disease.

  5. Increased caloric intake: We eat all the time causing excessive caloric intake without adequate nutrition. This imbalance will contribute to weight gain, obesity, and metabolic disorders. In the US, 77% of youth between the ages of 17 and 24 cannot qualify for the military service. How did we end up here?

  6. Blue Light Exposure: The heavy use of computers and mobile phones exposes individuals to artificial blue light, which can disrupt circadian rhythms and sleep patterns. This disruption affects hormonal regulation, metabolism, and overall health, contributing to fatigue, insomnia, and other health issues.

  7. Lack of Sun Exposure: Reduced sun exposure can lead to vitamin D deficiency, which is essential for bone health, immune function, and mood regulation. Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to an increased risk of osteoporosis, autoimmune diseases, and depression.

  8. Impact on Mental Health: Prolonged exposure to blue light from screens and lack of sun exposure have been linked to increased stress, anxiety, and depression. This can further exacerbate poor dietary habits and contribute to a decline in overall well-being.

  9. Environmental Impact: The production and consumption of processed foods, as well as electronic devices, contribute to environmental degradation, further exacerbating health issues by degrading air and water quality and disrupting ecosystems.

In summary, addressing the interconnected issues of poor food and over eating, excessive blue light exposure, and lack of sun exposure is crucial for improving overall health and well-being. This program is not for everyone, it requires you to eat meat, a lot of meat, love the sun and hard dedication to unlearn and learn.
