  • You will learn a lot during the 6 weeks of the program! Our learning framework is based around 5 high level pillars, that are broken down into 12 modules throughout the 6 weeks. Below is an overview of the Original Body Framework:

    For many of our clients these weeks will be life changing, with amazing results in fat loss and overall health. Once you completed the 6 weeks you will be able to join our Optimize Community where you will continue to find support for as long as you wish.

  • As soon as you have paid for your program you will be able to start the same day in most cases, and maximum within 24 hours. In day one you will have some preparation tasks to do, and in day 2 your new habits starts. 1.

  • Yes, you will be able to lose as much fat on your body as you like - if you follow our progam, and stick to the guidelines we give you. All our clients have achieved amazing results. This is not just a program for 8 weeks, this is a lifestyle change which I hope will stay with you for the rest of your life. Within the 6 weeks, most of our clients are able to lose between 6 to 8 kg of fat. If you would like to lose more you will be able to do that if you continue on the Original Body path that you have learned everything about during the 6 week program.

  • Yes, you will follow every step of the program in our app, available both from App Store and Google Play.

  • Yes, this is a 1-to-1 program where your coach will be in direct contact with you to ensure you achive your goals of burning fat from your body. In the app there is a chat function where you always can get hold of our team to ask questions.

  • Yes, we will teach you everything you need to know to lose the amount of fat you desire to achieve your dream body.

  • Yes, we have a continuation program after you completed the 6 weeks of the fat loss program. The continuation program will focus on building muscles, but we advise you to start this program only after you achieved the level of body fat that you feel comfortable with.

  • No, the fat loss program does not require a gym membership. This program focus on your diet, with only some basic exercises included.

  • You will have access to the program and all the resources in the app during 3 months. The program is divided into 8 weekly modules.

  • No, unfortunately not. If you are unwilling to eat meat we fully respect this, but then this program is not for you. To gain results in this program, eating meat is necessary, sometimes up to 3 times a day. You will learn more about why this is the case throughout the program.

  • Definitely not! We keep this simple, and all you have to track is your the amount of protein you eat.

  • Great question! The short answer is NO. You will learn why this is the case during week 1. It will be very clear to you why this is not a good idea on the Original Body health path.
